The Department of Labor's Occupational Information Network (O*NET) Database underges periodic revisions to include new information gathered through the O*NET Data Collection Program. Another series of O*NET-related files also are revised from time to time. Supplemental files contain information about O*NET occupations that lies outside the content model and is not updated as part of the core database. Crosswalk files relate O*NET occupations to those from other classifications and to training programs. They are frequently developed by or in cooperation with agencies responsible for those classifications.
A number of supplemental files are available for use with the O*NET-SOC 2006, O*NET-SOC 2009 and O*NET-SOC 2010 taxonomies. The NCSC distributes a variety of these files, sorted by the taxonomy that's used:
